Notebook Diagram Video Online – How Do RightFax Services Talk To Each Other

Over the weekend I posted a new video to our FaxDocs.tv website. I intended it to be something only future students would be interested in, but in the last couple of days I have heard from a few others that it is a great idea. In fact, they asked for a few more on different topics in the same general format. Topics like Shared Services, Dialing rules and others are now in the pipeline for a future release.

    I like it a lot; it is a very useful video that explains in less than 20 minutes the RightFax architecture.

    Matthew,

    I liked your video on Rightfax. It is a good start for my peers who have not been exposed to Rightfax. However, I did not hear you mention the Integration Module anywhere. 90% of our outbound fax traffic is sent out of the IM. Also would like to see the various Routing Types explained, i.e. Network Directory, Fax Mailbox, Exchange, SMTP, etc..

    Hi Matt,

    I have a question. I have a lot on fax stuck on rightfax. Every time i see them stuck i have to re-start the services. Any other idea that can help.
